ALICE CHERA CPCC, PCC
COACH AND CONSULTANT

You're doing everything
you're supposed to do.
But something's missing.

You are showing up for your work, your family, and your life; yet somehow it never quite feels like you are doing enough.

I know this feeling intimately.

I spent years turning that experience into a framework that could help other women find their way through it too.

LET ME EXPLAIN

THE BEGINNING

It Started With A Panic Attack

Back in 2016 I was a successful life coach running a six-figure business and raising a family. From the outside everything looked seamless. On the inside, I felt like I was falling short. I woke up most mornings wondering if I had what it took to get through the day. My solution? To push myself harder, all the while quietly overriding the very limits I was teaching my clients to respect.

Then one evening I stood up to give a talk on self-care and froze. I lost all faith in myself as a coach. I was burned out, but not from one hard day. It was from years of racing through my life doing way too much for others, with a silent belief that no matter what I was doing, it was never enough.

THE TURNING POINT

I Had to Get Really Honest with Myself

If I was teaching my clients to meet themselves with patience, compassion, and self-respect, why wasn’t I doing the same? It was humbling to see that, even as a coach, in my own life I was still people-pleasing, highly self-critical, and holding myself to impossible standards.

So I stopped and did something different. I worked with a somatic practitioner to come back into my body and tune into its wisdom. I got out of my head and learned to work with my nervous system instead of against it, using simple grounding practices to navigate difficult emotions and return to clarity under stress. Less pushing, less overriding, and more listening. Small, honest steps forward. Nothing more. And I got further than I could have ever imagined.

TODAY

Same Life, Different Woman

Out of that transformation something new emerged…the AIR™Approach. A simple, embodied framework built on one core truth: the life you want is already inside you. You just need a better relationship with yourself.

My circumstances didn’t need to change for me to have the life I love. My family, my business, my daily life, all the same. What changed was me.

My days, once an endless race of responsibilities in black and white, are now lived more fully and richly in glorious technicolor. No longer a slave to my harsh inner critic or the fears that used to keep me spinning for hours, I accomplish far more with greater ease and breathe more easily each day. I move through my life with a new sense of wonder and purpose, and best of all, I trust myself.

Growth isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you already are, and loving it.
